Do I need approval from my developer to install a safe room?+
In most Dubai communities, yes — a Developer NOC is required. We manage the entire process with Emaar, Nakheel, DAMAC and others, alongside Dubai Municipality, DEWA and Civil Defense, so the approvals are handled on your behalf.
How long does the installation process take?+
Timelines vary with scope and approvals, typically ranging from a few months for a single concealed room to longer for fully integrated new-build projects. We provide a precise schedule after the initial consultation.
Can a safe room be installed in any apartment or villa?+
In the great majority of residences, yes. Our modular ballistic systems adapt to apartments, penthouses and villas alike. During consultation we assess structural feasibility and identify the optimal location.
